What We Asked For, and What the Plan Forgot

The community answered Jericho's strategic-planning survey at meaningful scale in February. The plan it produced doesn't reflect what we said — and even if it did, a self-selected survey filtered through a consulting framework, with no district data and no research foundation, isn't a strategic plan.
